At Printed DTF Transfers, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality printed DTF transfers. We understand that there may be situations where you may need to return a product. Please review our Returns Policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for printed DTF transfers within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@printeddtftransfers.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and clear photographs of any defects or issues with the product.

3. Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund or Replacement:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for any damage or defects.
If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method or provide a replacement, as per your preference.

6. Exclusions:

Customized or personalized DTF transfers are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may require additional information or photographs to assess the issue.

8. Cancellations:

We do not accept order cancellations once production has started. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

9. Customer Satisfaction:

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to address them.
